Case Study: Lot 4

The building envelope was designed to take advantage of the site's unique characteristics. Careful placement of the structures minimizes site grading and maximizes views. The site plan also reduces the visual impact for the neighbors, preserving their open views.

This residence is conceived as a series of inter-connected, tropical pavilions that nest naturally into the topography of the site. The plantings between pavilions ground the pavilions to the site, and the extension of the landscaping plan integrates them into the larger landscape.
